SUMMARY:Día del Escudo Nacional
DESCRIPTION:  \nDía de conmemoración de su creación y declaración como símbolo patrio\, en 1.813. Hasta que se instaló la Asamblea General Constituyente\, el 31 de enero de 1813\, no existía un sello para legislar los actos gubernativos. Para estampar los documentos\, durante el Virreinato\, se utilizaba la figura de las armas reales. Ante tal necesidad\, la Asamblea comenzó a utilizar el sello que hoy constituye el Escudo Nacional.
