DESCRIPTION:La fecha es instituida a través de la Ley 2931 en conmemoración a la entrega del informe elaborado por la CONADEP (Nunca Más) sobre los crímenes de la última dictadura militar\, al entonces presidente Raúl Alfonsín. \nLa norma\, a su vez\, promueve a través del Consejo Provincial de Educación la conmemoración de la fecha\, la enseñanza de las circunstancias históricas en que se produjo el informe de la CONADEP y la incorporación\, como lectura orientativa\, del libro Nunca Más\, en los establecimientos educativos de distintos niveles de la Provincia y bibliotecas populares\, entre otras instituciones. \n\nAdemás\, indica que debe exhibirse en el hall de ingreso a la Honorable Legislatura del Neuquén\, el libro Nunca Más junto al texto de la Ley.
